The centre
A home for daily practice
Rooted in the Theravada tradition, the centre brings monastics and lay friends together in a spirit of simplicity, generosity, and attentive practice.
We welcome the community for daily chanting and meditation, weekly learning, ceremonies, Buddhist counselling, and occasions of shared service.

Practice and learning
- 7:00 AMBuddha Puja and Vandana
- 7:30–8:10 AMMeditation
- 7:00 PMEvening offering, chanting, and Metta meditation
- SaturdayDhamma learning for children, 8:30–10:30 AM
- SundayMeditation, Dhamma learning, and discussion, 3:00 PM–5:00 PM
Buddhist counselling and guided meditation are available by appointment, along with opportunities to learn Pali and Sinhala.
